Altura Credit Union fully funded Moreno Valley artist Rosy Cortez in the production of the “Fine Art Mural". Inspired by earlier experience revitalizing a local business, the mural was gifted to mural to Robert’s Fine Art and Framing shop, a local family owned business in the community for over 30 years. Cortez designed the mural and invited 8 local Moreno Valley emerging artists to assist her. They each painted chose their individual frame highlighting a Moreno Valley historic theme and painted in their style.
